I've been vegan for 5+ years and a chef of 3 years. I want to share with the world how easy it is to align with what we already believe (animal cruelty is wrong) and have fun with cooking while we do!

Veganism is very important to me, having an open mind to new ideas about how we view the world and take care of our own bodies. More importantly doing the right thing for beings we will never meet. Just like our beloved pets, the animal we consume, have feelings, family, friends, want to be loved and most importantly want to live.These beings deserve far more than to be diminished to five fleeting minutes or reduced to something as disposable as a sandwich. Especially when we have other options.

Most of the time it's as easy as going to the plant-based section at the shops instead of the dead animals/bodily fluids sections. Much more wholesome.
